Senior Case Manager - care planning (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. Families are partners. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
