Senior Case Manager - care planning (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication.
