Senior Case Manager - care planning (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Iron Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection.
