Amberfield Pike Community Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
