Senior Case Manager - care planning (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Vale Community Partners is a Miami charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
