Senior Case Manager - care planning (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Corner Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
