Senior Case Manager - care planning (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Kansas City. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
