Senior Case Manager - care planning (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
