Greenridge Vale Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
