Senior Case Manager - care planning (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Corner Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
