Senior Case Manager - care planning (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Timber Community Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
