Senior Case Manager - care planning (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
