Senior Case Manager - care planning (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
