Bright Sable Housing is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
