Senior Case Manager - care planning (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ashton Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Boise with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
