Senior Case Manager - care planning (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boise area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on care planning. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
