Senior Case Manager - care planning (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Early Learning Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
