Senior Case Manager - care planning (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Boise. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
