Senior Case Manager - care planning (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Lantern Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Austin. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
