Senior Case Manager - care planning (Austin, TX)

Highbridge Iron Property Management Group is a Austin property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our care planning. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
