Silverline Drift Civic Services Partners is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Austin. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
