Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for caregiver training. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
