Highbridge Vale Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
