Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Lumen Bright Housing and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
