Foxglove Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations.
