Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for visit scheduling. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
