Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Early Learning and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
