Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Haven Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
