Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Rook Housing Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 721 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
