Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Juniper Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
