Ironwood Willow Property Management is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
