Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Union Health and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for electronic records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
