Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
