Lumen Summit Housing manages affordable housing communities across Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
