Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Seattle, WA)

Nova Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Seattle serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. Families are partners. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
