Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Granite Property Management looks after rental homes across the Seattle area. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
