Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management is a Seattle property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
