Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Quill Health is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for electronic records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
