Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Iron Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
