Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Learning Group Partners and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
