Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Summit Property Management Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
