Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Community Partners Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
