Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Birmingham area, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
