Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Northwind River Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
