Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Rivermark Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
