Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Westbrook Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
