Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Housing Group and adding a Senior Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
