Lumen Fox Early Learning is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
