Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Ironwood Drift Care Services provides in-home and community support in New Orleans, and we need a Senior Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
