Senior Case Manager - benefits navigation (remote)

Fernwood Amber Property Management Group is looking for a Senior Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events.
